RECIPE PREPARATION Cake pudding:

Ingredient:

800 g cozonac,
500 g of milk,

a few slices of candied orange peel,
80 g of chocolate

Preparation:

First, prepare a round cake shape, preferably removable, with a diameter of 24 cm, which is greased with butter and covered with brown sugar. The sugar by melting will enter the pudding forming a crunchy edge which, in addition to being tasty, will maintain the shape of the cake.

The oven is preheated to 180 degrees C.

The cake is cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Some of the slices of cake are used to cover the shape, pressing them towards the walls and bottom of the tray, forming a kind of crust.
