- Pinch pumpkin spice: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
- 3 Ounces half and half, nondairy soy milk or condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- 1 Ounce alcohol (can be rum, brandy, or vodka)
