  • 1.5 kg of white potatoes
  • 300 g mixture of carrots, parsnips and peppers

  • about 400 g mixture of tomatoes and bell peppers

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato soup with green onions and dill:

First we prepare all the ingredients. We peel the potatoes and wash them, then cut them into cubes. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
